The art of becoming
Growing in Essence
Going through the different psychological stages of development, from birth to pre-adolescence, we will bring awareness and understanding to the issues we have encountered during our childhood and which have influenced the way we feel, behave and relate with others.
Through exercises, meditation and self-inquiry we will observe without judgment the subtle
mechanism of conditioning inherit from our parents and will rediscover our essential qualities in order to create an environment of love and serenity in our daily life.
These seminars are addressed to everyone who wishes to bring more awareness into his individual issues and the ones who, for personal and professional reasons, are interested into deepening the understanding of the natural stages of childhood development.
Although single workshops are conceived as independent modules, participation to the whole process predisposes to a more profound experience and gradual integration of issues.
This process is developed in two complementary workshops.
- Workshop 1: Creativity and Initiative
- During our childhood we need to receive constant love, protection and guidance from our parents, parental figures, teachers in order to grow to our full potential and to retain our essential qualities.
In this workshop we will explore the development stages in which we establish the first social interactions with teachers, friends, school and in which we consolidate the often subtle and complex links we have with our original family. We will try to understand how these conditions still have today a deep influence in the way we relate to the world and on the capacity to express our creativity and passion in what we do.
- Workshop 2: Autonomy and Trust
- What we experienced in early childhood will shape the way we approach life and will dictate our behaviors in existential choices.
It is during these first stages of development that our natural potential will develop in a space of autonomy and trust in our-self and with the environment around us.
In this workshop we will reconnect with the delicate time of our early childhood, exploring with a specific attention the primary relationship with our mother and father who were in our childhood the main physical, emotional and psychological references.
