Conscious breathing
Breath accompanies us in each moment of our life. The way we allow
our breathing to contract and expend in our body in different situations
determines and defines the perception of our inner and outer world.
When
we work with others, the understanding of breathing patterns and
physic-energetic and psychological structures determined by the breath,
can be a great help in supporting the healing process of the client and
an effective to ol for refining and deepening the capacity of presence of
the practitioner.
During this seminar, through the observation and feeling of our bodies,
we will bring awareness to our own way of breathing and understanding to
what has originated our breathing patterns. Through an experiential
approach we will explore how and in which way different dysfunctional
breathing patterns have influenced our psychological, physical and
bioenergetics structure.
We will learn how, though simple grounding and presence exercises we can
open up again to our natural bioenergetics flow, reorienting our system
towards health and well-being.
