Program Insight offers workshops in
Italy and in
Asia.
Insight workshops are mainly organized in centers for meditation and
personal growth that contribute in creating, for the participants, an
atmosphere of well-being and support.
Workshops are held in English and simultaneously translated in the
language of the host country.
