Breathing
In breathing sessions we can undertake an exploration of our system
with a psycho-physiological approach.
The way we allow our breathing to contract and expend in our body in
different situations determines and defines the perception of our inner
and outer world.
Little
by little, the different patterns of conditioned breathing that we have
learned in the past have modulated our way of thinking and molded our
physical structure.
Through different techniques, breath can be used as a tool for
integration and transformation and as a key for understanding and
self-awareness, body, mind and thoughts.
Breathing in a natural conscious way enable us to relax in an open and
unconditioned perception of reality and give us space for new and
creative ways of thinking and expressing our self.
